How do I get a quote?

We actually do our quotes through email. Interesting, right?
We have actually seen so many kitchens that they all look just about the same to us.
Therefore, if you email us:

1. The service you want (refinishing or refacing)
2. pictures of your kitchen (like the before pictures in our galleries),
3. the number of doors & drawer fronts you have (even those dummy drawers!)
4. the city & state that you live in
5. and the desired finish (paint, stain)

we can reply back with a quote.
No measurements.

What is the process like?

The process for refinishing:

1. pick up all doors and drawer fronts and bring them to our factory
2. at the factory, your doors and drawer fronts are cleaned, sanded, prepped, and a new finish goes on
3. at the house, the rest of the kitchen is done
4. install doors, drawer fronts back

The process for refacing:

1. choose door style
2. doors are ordered and finished at our factory
3. at the home, the rest of the cabinets are worked on (we use maple wood veneer, not laminate) they will have the same finish as the doors & drawer fronts
4. install new doors and drawer fronts

The process for custom cabinets:

1. send in photo/drawing of desired kitchen 
2. we draw up a 3-D model with our 20/20 design software
3. go back and forth through email until drawing is finalized
4. quote is given
5. start building & cabinets are finished at factory
6. install in home

How long does the process take?

For refinishing, it takes about 2 weeks at the factory after the door & drawer front pick up. Then at your home, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on the amount of work.

For refacing, it takes 2 weeks for the doors to arrive and 1 week for us to finish them at our factory. Then at your home, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on the amount of work.

For custom cabinets, it takes 1-3 weeks for the cabinets to be made and finished at our factory. Then at your home, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on the amount of work.

Should I plan extra days for project delay?

Yes! Our work is completely custom. Although we would like to say "your kitchen will be finished by the 21st. We promise!" that is not always the case. If we were installing something that has been sitting in our storage room for days or even months, we would only really need one business day. Custom work is done with a step by step manner, and delays are not uncommon. However, we always strive to be right on schedule all the time.

Why is your company name "Green Kitchens USA"?

Our company name was based upon earth friendly thinking. Recycling perfectly good cabinets using earth friendly materials! Talk about Green!

Are you a franchise? Do you service other states?

Unfortunately, not for now. Hopefully we will soon!

Do you ONLY do kitchen cabinet work?

Nope! we also refinish/make custom bathrooms cabinets, wooden garage doors, furniture such as bookshelves, tables, chairs, etc.,  front doors, and pretty much anything you can think of!

Do you do small jobs?

yes! do you need us to refinish a couple shelves? or repair a damaged door? we can do that too.

Do you also give suggestions?

We have a specialist who has been working with cabinets from creating new finishes and products, and really everything about kitchens for nearly 40 years. He has seen and worked on hundreds upon hundreds of kitchens and really enjoys his job. He can definitely give suggestions. He may not be a certified designer, but he has so much cabinet experience that our customers who has usually relied on designers agree with all of his brilliant suggestions! I guess active field experience has led him to have an eye for kitchen design. Well, he was born with it too.

What if I want larger appliances but want to keep my current cabinets?

The impossible is possible with Green Kitchens USA. We can cut YOUR cabinet doors to fit your larger fridge, or you oven and alter other cabinet areas for the brand new warming drawer. Any kind of alterations are possible.

Do you do new stock cabinets? not custom?

Unfortunately, we do not do stock cabinets. But there are so many companies who do!
